A balanced, easy-drinking Ethiopian natural from Limu: sweet and bright, with gentler fruit than most naturals.
Think cinnamon roll, peach and brown sugar, with dried strawberry and apricot, and a little cocoa underneath. It's a great first Ethiopian if bold, funky naturals aren't your thing.
We roast it light to medium. Lighter, it's a sweet, bright pour-over. Darker, it turns into a raspberry-dark-chocolate espresso with a thick body that holds up in milk. It's also a great base if you're mixing your own blend.

New in, and it surprised us. If you like Colombian, this is a great one to try next. We've pulled plenty of espresso shots with it, and even at a lighter roast the sweetness is impressive. Sweet, smooth and just a little bright, it's an easy crowd-pleaser, with caramelized sugar, rice syrup, milk chocolate and walnut, and a light hint of lemon black tea.

We buy great single-origin beans from around the world and roast every bag to order. Each one ships in a one-way-valve zipper bag, so the beans keep resting on their way to you.
