Small batches, changing lineup. We buy green coffee in small lots, so once a coffee is gone, it’s gone. When that happens, we replace it with a new farm or variety that’s worth the switch, which means the lineup changes through the year. Looking for a specific origin we don’t have? Contact us and we’ll do our best to find the right beans for you.

Two ways to order

One-time orders: a specific coffee. Each coffee in the shop is one particular lot from one farm or region. We roast it in small batches, so when it's gone, it's gone, and something new takes its place.

Subscriptions: your favorite country, on repeat. Subscribe to Colombia, Ethiopia, Yemen, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, or Sumatra, and you'll always get a single origin from that country, roasted to order. When one lot runs out, we switch you to another great coffee from the same place and tell you what's coming, so your deliveries never stop.

Subscriptions save 20% weekly, 15% every 2 weeks, 10% every 3 weeks, or 5% monthly. You can change or cancel anytime from your account.

Single Origin Colombia – Productores de Buesaco

A sweet, classic Colombian from small farms around Buesaco, Nariño. Toffee and caramel, milk chocolate, and baked apple and pear as it cools.

This is the Colombian we've been waiting for. It comes from small family farms around the town of Buesaco, high in Colombia's Nariño region, and every one of them is fully washed. That gives a clean, sweet cup with a lot going on.

In the cup we get toffee and caramel up front, a smooth milk-chocolate middle, and baked apple and pear as it cools, with a bright, juicy finish. It's great as a light or medium roast for pour-over and drip, and it holds up well darker if you like more cocoa.

Region: Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia

Altitude: 1,700–2,000 meters

Process: Washed, dried under cover in the sun

Single Origin Yemen - Mokha Matari (Limited Stock)

Although I prefer a lighter roast, this batch is roasted at a between a Light and Medium. This Yemeni coffee captivates with its rustic charm and syrupy sweetness, layered with a complex interplay of dry to ripe fruit notes, deep earthiness, and warm spice accents.

The dry fragrance impresses with a rich medley of dried fruits, chai-like spices, sandalwood, and musky tobacco—evoking an exotic, almost incense-like depth.

The aromatics evolve dramatically: honeyed sweetness gives way to wood-spice incense, complemented by cooked pumpkin, brown sugar, and subtle caramelized undertones.

Yemeni coffees, being naturally processed and often high-grown with distinctive hard beans, benefit significantly from extended resting after roasting. Aromatics begin to open at 12–24 hours but truly flourish after 72+ hours (3+ days), revealing greater complexity, body, and balance. This effect is amplified for espresso, where longer rest—often 5–14 days or more—allows the bold, wild character to integrate fully without sharpness from trapped CO₂ or underdeveloped notes.

Patience rewards the fullest expression of this rare origin's signature winey acidity, chocolate hints, and spiced fruit profile.

Just in. Must try! Very surprised at how this coffee turned out. If you like Colombian coffee, this may be a good substitute. I’ve pulled multiple Espresso shots and surprisingly impressive sweetness with a lighter roast. Sweet, smooth, and just a little bright, this one's an easy crowd-pleaser. Look for caramelized sugar, rice syrup, milk chocolate, and walnut, with a light hint of lemon black tea.

This is the coffee that off-the-shelf brands are trying to emulate when they offer “100% Colombian” blends, and not one of them comes close to the quality of a fresh roasted Colombian Supremo bean. These large beans create a medium bodied and sweet tasting coffee with a rich flavor and aroma. We recommend a roast anywhere between Light and French for this versatile bean.
