This is the Colombian we've been waiting for. It comes from small family farms around the town of Buesaco, high in Colombia's Nariño region, and every one of them is fully washed. That gives a clean, sweet cup with a lot going on.
In the cup we get toffee and caramel up front, a smooth milk-chocolate middle, and baked apple and pear as it cools, with a bright, juicy finish. It's great as a light or medium roast for pour-over and drip, and it holds up well darker if you like more cocoa.

Process: Washed, dried under cover in the sun
