Colombia Single-Origin Subscription

from $13.00

Colombian single origin on your schedule. Sweet, balanced, and chocolatey, the cup most people think of as "coffee," roasted to order in Rockwall.

Colombia is where a lot of people's love of coffee starts. A good Colombian is sweet and balanced, with medium body, caramel and chocolate, and a little bright fruit. It works for drip, pour-over, and espresso at any roast. With this subscription you always get Colombian single origin, never a blend. We've roasted since 1995, and we pick each lot because it tastes the way a Colombian should.

When one lot runs out, we move your subscription to another great lot from the same country, and we'll let you know before the switch. Your plan, price, and discount stay the same.

Every bag is roasted to order and shipped in a one-way-valve bag, so it rests on the way to you. Check the best-by date on the label.

Currently shipping: Colombia Productores de Buesaco, a washed coffee from small farms around Buesaco in Nariño, grown at 1,700–2,000 meters. In the cup: toffee and caramel sweetness, milk chocolate, and baked apple and pear as it cools, with a clean, juicy finish.
